Danica Kulibert, A.B.D.

Danica earned a Ph.D. in 2023. She is currently an Assistant Professor at Kennesaw State University. She earned both her B.S. in Psychology and her M.S. in Cognitive and Affective Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Her current research focuses on the role of metaperceptions on attitudes towards political extremists and moderates and how these metaperceptions impact people’s willingness to express political opinions. She is also working on research that examines attitudes towards sexual harassment and factors impacting people’s perceptions of sexual harassment claims. More generally, she is interested in intergroup relations and how factors (e.g., perspective-taking, social interactions, knowledge, metaperceptions, prototypes) can potentially change attitudes and behaviors between different social groups. Anisah Sahibul

Anisah is a graduate student in the 4+1 Master of Science in Psychological Science program. Her current research interests lie in investigating the effects of race and mental illness status on perceptions of moral culpability and dehumanization. Maya Cohen

Maya graduated with her Master’s in Psychology in 2020. She began working in Dr. O’Brien’s lab in the spring of 2018 and completed her Master’s thesis on the social acceptability of prejudice in online profiles. To find out more about her current work, you can view her resume.

Emily Ramier

Aaron Moss

Aaron earned a Ph.D from Tulane University in 2018. He currently is a Project Manager at TurkPrime, where he conducts research on a variety of topics including prejudice and online research methods. You can visit his Google Scholar page here

Stefanie Simon

Stefanie earned a Ph.D. from Tulane University in 2015. She then held a post-doctoral position in the Department of Psychology at Carleton College from 2015-2017. Currently, Stefanie is an assistant professor in the Department of Psychology at Siena College. Her research examines how people perceive and respond to bias in their day-to-day lives, as well as how gender bias influences women in leadership positions. Visit her webpage here.

Patricia Gilbert

Patricia earned a Ph.D from Tulane University in 2014. Her research examines how implicit math and English stereotypes impact academic outcomes for both men and women, as well as the effect cultural ideologies have for maintaining the status quo. Alison Blodorn

Alison earned a Ph.D from Tulane University in 2013. After leaving Tulane, she was a post-doctoral researcher at the University of California, Santa Barbara, working with Dr. Brenda Major. Anna Fox

Anna Fox graduated with a B.S in Psychology, Philosophy and religious studies She joined the lab in the fall of 2021 and exited the lab in Spring of 2023. Her interests include social psychology and clinical psychology. If you are interested in learning more about Anna, check out her resume.

Diane Hurwitz

Diane Hurwitz graduated with a B.S in Neuroscience Psychology & Jewish Studies in Spring of 2022. She has since achieved her M.S of Pharmacology at Tulane University’s School of Medicine and is a first year in Tulane’s MD program. In her undergraduate years at Tulane, she was also involved as a tutor and tutoring team captain at the ALTC and is in Sigma Delta Tau sorority. Joie Meyer

Joie Meyer graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BSPH in Public Health and a BS in Psychology in Spring 2022. She was a member of the Social Perception lab from Spring 2020 to Spring 2022. Her post-graduate plans involved working for a health consulting firm, working with businesses to improve their wellbeing offerings to improve employee health outcomes. She is currently a Health Transformation Analyst with Aon. She hopes to eventually pursue a master’s degree in either public health, psychology, or social work. Olivia Shasha

Olivia Shasha graduated with a B.S in Psychology in Spring 2022 and has been in the Social Perception Lab from Fall 2019 to Spring 2022. She had an interest in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and is currently a corporate Recruiter for NextEra Energy Inc. Ori Tsameret

Ori graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tulane with a B.S in Psychology in Spring 2022. He studied psychology, anthropology, and sociology and hopes to eventually attend graduate school after graduation. He is currently the Programming and Education Director of the Tuscon Jewish Museum and Holocaust Center. William Benson

William W. Benson, PsyD, graduated from Tulane with a Bachelors of Science. He obtained his Psy.D. in clinical psychology from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. He completed an APA-accredited internship at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, OH, and a postdoctoral fellowship at the Child Study Center at NYU Langone in New York. Dr. Benson is a licensed psychologist in New York and New Jersey and is a clinician in the Montefiore School Health Program at Montefiore Medical Center in The Bronx, New York.

Emma Berry

Madeline Billeaud

Madeline Billeaud graduated with a B.S. in psychology (and minors in Spanish and management). She started her PhD program at St. Louis University in the Fall of 2020, where she is pursuing a Ph.D. in I/O Psychology. Skyler Guillot

Skyler graduated summa cum laude with her B.S. in Psychology and Philosophy in the Spring of 2020. In the Fall of 2020, Skyler started at the University of North Texas, where she is pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology with a focus in forensics. Luke Nowlan

Luke Nowlan was an undergrad at Tulane who worked as an RA in the lab and graduated in 2013. He got a PhD in marketing at the University at Miami, and is now an assistant professor of marketing at KU Leuven in Belgium. Evelyn Ohaus

Evelyn received her Bachelors of Science degree from Tulane University in 2019 and her Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver in 2021. She is currently a doctoral student at the University of Denver pursuing her degree in clinical psychology. Evelyn has worked in a variety of settings including residential substance-use care, schools, community mental health, and university school clinics. India Reidt

India graduated magna cum laude with her B.S. in Math and Psychology in the Fall of 2018. She is currently working with graduate student, Danica Kulibert, on studying how sexual orientation affects perceptions of sexual harassment. India plans on pursuing a PhD in Quantitative Psychology.
